We are so excited for you to receive your Coastal Pelican package! Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. A shipping email with tracking will be sent to the same email you received your order confirmation. If you don’t receive a shipping email, please check your spam first. Please note we are not currently offering expedited shipping. 

Preorder Items

Pre-order: Some items in our shop are listed for pre-order only. Please allow 7-10 business days for these items to be shipped.

Shipping Options

USPS Ground Advantage: This service typically takes 5+ business days to arrive depending on the shipping location. First Class rate is $6 found during the checkout period.

UPS Ground: This service typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive depending on the shipping location. UPS Ground rate is $10 found during the checkout period.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Coastal Pelican is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. If your package shows that USPS or UPS delivered but you don't have your package, please allow at least 24 hours to ensure it was not mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier.
