Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges 

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and will provide a full refund for returns! We accept return and exchange requests up to 14 days after delivery. To initiate your return please contact us at info@thecoastalpelican.com and include details including your order number (located at the the top right corner of your packing slip) and reason for return/exchange request. T-shirts and other apparel must be returned unworn & unwashed. Tags must remain attached in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.

Damages: All items will be carefully reviewed to ensure they meet quality standards. If we miss anything and  you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@thecoastalpelican.com with photos if possible.
